The VMIVME-7698 is a single-board computer based on a Celeron processor with a clock speed of 366 MHz. This single-board computer is equipped with 64 MB of SDRAM memory and 64 MB of flash memory card, and offers a rich set of I/O interfaces and features such as VMEbus P2 I/O, Ultra DMA/33 hard disk and Foppy drive controller, two high-performance 16550 compatible serial ports, and more. As well as PS/2 keyboard and mouse ports on the front panel.
The VMIVME-7698's Celeron processor has 32-bit addressing and 64-bit data bus, and supports technology with MMX™. The onboard DRAM is connected to the VME bus via dual ports, and the system and video BIOS are located in reprogrammable flash memory. In addition, the single-board computer offers three 82C54-compatible 16-bit timers that map to the I/O space and are fully software-programmable.
