The IS220YDIAS1A is a discrete contact input/output module. This module is mainly used in industrial automation and process control systems, especially for gas and steam industrial control in Mark VIe Speedtronic control systems. It is part of the Mark IVe Control System or Mark VIeS functional Safety System.
The module is designed to plug into specific terminal boards, such as IS200STCIS1A and 2A, IS400STCIS1A or 2A, or IS400TBCIS2C. It has an onboard power supply with a nominal voltage of 28.0 VDC and a maximum rated voltage of 32 VDC for contact input and contact wetting output. In addition, the module has both UL and CE certification and can be used in hazardous and non-hazardous sites.
In practical application, IS220YDIAS1A module can adjust the speed of steam turbine, complete the tasks of hanging brake, automatically judging the thermal state, selecting the starting mode, raising speed, 3000rpm constant speed and so on.
