EX2100 励磁系统

EX2100是一款 ，具有数字控制功能。该励磁系统由调节屏幕（AVR）、晶体闸流管整流屏幕（SCR）、交流输入屏幕和直流输入屏幕等多个部分组成。

EX2100励磁系统采用了三重冗馀控制支重轮，除了双通道M1、M2外，还增加了c监控通道，以提高系统的可靠性。控制支重轮内的各主板通过底板的高速通讯系统相互连接通讯，而c监控通道则负责监视M1、M2的状态。此外，独立的励磁系统电源模块为每个控制支重轮M1、M2和c单独供电，确保了电源供应的稳定性和可靠性。

EX2100励磁系统具备高阻态接地故障检测功能，能够利用次低频的地面电压来监视故障电阻上的电流，从而判断交直流侧的接地情况。一旦检测到接地故障，系统可以迅速定位故障地点，减少宕机时间。

EX2100励磁系统还配备了Versamax PLC，为系统提供远程DCS所需的信号I/O节点。当地操作接口（KEYPAD）和控制人员操作接口（COI）提供了直观且易用的界面，方便用户进行控制、维护以及查看系统状态、发电机参数、调整器平衡、诊断显示等。

The EX2100 is an excitation system with digital control. The excitation system consists of a regulating screen (AVR), a thyristor rectifier screen (SCR), an AC input screen and a DC input screen.

EX2100 excitation system adopts triple redundant control support wheel, in addition to dual channel M1, M2, but also added c monitoring channel to improve system reliability. The main boards in the control support wheel are connected to each other through the high-speed communication system of the bottom plate, and the c monitoring channel is responsible for monitoring the status of M1 and M2. In addition, separate excitation system power modules provide individual power to each control wheel M1, M2 and c, ensuring the stability and reliability of the power supply.

The EX2100 excitation system has the function of high resistance ground fault detection, which can use the sub-low frequency ground voltage to monitor the current on the fault resistance, so as to determine the ground condition of the AC and DC side. Once a ground fault is detected, the system can quickly locate the fault location and reduce downtime.

The EX2100 excitation system is also equipped with a Versamax PLC to provide the system with the signal I/O nodes required for remote DCS. The local operation interface (KEYPAD) and Controller operation interface (COI) provide intuitive and easy-to-use interfaces for control, maintenance, and viewing of system status, generator parameters, regulator balance, diagnostic displays, and more.
