ENK32 集散控制系统

ENK32是基于工业以太网和现场总线的集散控制系统（DCS），它在基本组成的基础上，扩充了专用功能站、生产管理和信息处理的信息网络，以及实现现场仪表和执行机构数字化的现场总线网络。

ENK32模块在多个领域有着广泛的应用。例如，在电力配电系统中，它可以用于实现对低压电路的监控、控制和保护，包括电力开关设备、接触器、断路器等控制器的操作和保护。在工业自动化领域，中低压控制器模块可以用于电动机的控制和保护，实现电机的启停、速度调节和过载保护等功能。此外，它还可以应用于智能建筑、制造业、风电和太阳能发电、以及矿业和工业设施等领域。

从组成上看，ENK32 PLC主要由CPU模块、输入模块、输出模块和编程器组成。CPU模块相当于系统的“大脑”，负责采集输入信号、执行用户程序并刷新系统输出；而I/O模块则是系统的“眼、耳、手、脚”，用于连接外部现场设备和CPU模块，接收和发送信号。

ENK32 is a distributed control system (DCS) based on industrial Ethernet and fieldbus, which expands the information network of special function station, production management and information processing on the basis of the basic composition, as well as the field bus network to realize the digitalization of field instruments and actuators.

ENK32 module has a wide range of applications in many fields. For example, in the power distribution system, it can be used to achieve the monitoring, control and protection of low-voltage circuits, including the operation and protection of power switchgear, contactors, circuit breakers and other controllers. In the field of industrial automation, medium and low voltage controller modules can be used for motor control and protection, to achieve motor start-stop, speed regulation and overload protection functions. In addition, it can be applied to smart buildings, manufacturing, wind and solar power generation, as well as mining and industrial facilities.

From the perspective of composition, ENK32 PLC is mainly composed of CPU module, input module, output module and programmer. The CPU module is equivalent to the "brain" of the system, which is responsible for collecting input signals, executing user programs and refreshing the system output. The I/O module is the "eyes, ears, hands and feet" of the system, which is used to connect external field devices and CPU modules to receive and send signals.
