07KT92 CS31是一个模拟输入输出模块（I/O模块），是系统的眼、耳、手、脚，是外部现场设备和CPU模块的桥梁。

07KT92 CS31输入模块用于接收和采集输入信号，如开关量输入模块可以接收从按钮、选择开关、数字拨码开关等过来的开关量输入信号；模拟量输入模块则可以接收电位器、测速发电机和各种变送器提供的连续变化的模拟量电流、电压信号。

输出模块用于控制各种输出设备，如开关量输出模块可以控制接触器、电磁阀等；模拟量输出模块可以控制调节阀、变频器等执行装置。

07KT92 CS31工作电压与隔离功能：CPU模块的工作电压一般是5V，而PLC的输入/输出信号电压一般较高，如直流24V和交流220V。

在I/O模块中，使用光耦合器、光电晶闸管、小型继电器等器件来隔离PLC的内部电路和外部的I/O电路。I/O模块除了传递信号外，还有电平转换与隔离的作用。

电源模件功能：07KT92 CS31的电源模件主要用于给系统控制器及S800 IO模件提供标准24V DC电源。

07KT92 CS31还可以作为可选项给现场I/O信号提供工作电源，但需要注意计算电流容量。

电源模件输出侧具备短路保护功能，可以并行使用提供双倍电能，也可以通过增加一个冗余切换单元实现电源冗余功能。

07KT92 CS31 Operating voltage and isolation function: The operating voltage of the CPU module is generally 5V, while the input/output signal voltage of the PLC is generally higher, such as DC 24V and AC 220V.

In the I/O module, devices such as optical couplers, photothyristors, and small relays are used to isolate the internal circuit and the external I/O circuit of the PLC. In addition to transmitting signals, the I/O 

module also has the function of level conversion and isolation.

Power module function: The 07KT92 CS31 power module is mainly used to provide standard 24V DC power to the system controller and S800 IO module.

The 07KT92 CS31 can also be used as an option to provide a working power supply for field I/O signals, but it is necessary to pay attention to the calculation of current capacity.

The output side of the power module has the short-circuit protection function, which can provide double power in parallel use, and can also realize the power redundancy function by adding a redundant switching unit.
